Great little App for improving speed of note recognition

My daughters (8 & 12) and I use this tool in conjunction with piano & guitar practice as part of the weekly homework. We keep a little table of high scores on the 5 minute game. Great to have a goal to increase speed of note reading (higher score without losing accuracy in 5 min game).

Agree this program would benefit from a note reading tutorial to round it out.

Id recommend this app for late beginner or early intermediate learners who already know how to figure out the notes, but still have to apply a mnemonic to figure it out. Especially great to learn notes above and below the ledger lines, and as a transition to bass clef.

Use this app 3 times per week for a month and youll be sight reading without even thinking. Say goodbye to Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge and All Cows Eat Grass, etc.
